Beer:
Applies To Cases Only:
1. Domestic: Unopened & In Date Cases can be exchanged for store credit, Cash is only given back with valid recipt.
2. Micro & Imports: Unopened & In Date Cases can be exchanged for store credit, Cash is only given back with valid recipt.
3. Damaged Product: Any broken bottles, busted cans and unopened short fills will be exchanged on a one for one exchange. Original case or receipt not needed.
4. Unopened outdates: can be exchanged for store credit, Cash is only given back with valid receipt.
5. Bad Beer: will be exchanged on a one for one exchange. Original case & rececit needed for cash refund. Note: Prorating of refund takes effect after 2 cans/bottles are missing from case.
Draft
6. There is NO RETURN ON UNUSED DRAFT
7. Bad Taste, Foam, Etc: Exchange AS LONG AS KEG IS COLD AND FULL. No Credit will be given on warm or kegs with more than a gallon of beer out of them, and yes we weigh them to check. NO CASH BACK ON BAD KEGS
Cigarettes:
8. NO RETURN FOR ANY REASON, contact manufacture for refund.
Cigars:
9. NO RETURN FOR ANY REASON, contact manufacture for refund.
Roll Your Own Tobacco, Tubes, and Machines:
10. Unopened product can be exchanged for store credit, Cash is only given back with valid receipt.
